Terms of Use

The Site contains content intended for adults aged 18 or over. By entering past the age gate you confirm that you are 18 or older. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and we will refuse service to anyone we have reason to believe is under 18.

Submitting the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed when TAMILA management contacts you to confirm.

TAMILA reserves the right of admission. We may refuse entry on objective grounds — including capacity, intoxication, inappropriate dress, prior misconduct, or any conduct likely to disturb other guests or our team — in line with Decreto-Lei n.º 9/2021 (consumer protection). Admission will never be refused on any discriminatory basis prohibited by Portuguese or EU law.

To protect the privacy of our guests and team, photography and video recording on the premises are not permitted without prior written authorisation from management. Phones and cameras may be asked to be put away.

Submitting an application through the careers form does not create any employment or service relationship. Any working relationship requires a separate written agreement.

By submitting photos you confirm that you are the person depicted, that you own or hold the rights to the images, and that you consent to TAMILA management reviewing them privately for recruitment purposes only. Photos will not be published anywhere.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, and the design — is the property of TAMILA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any of this content without our prior written consent.

We do our best to keep the Site available and accurate, but we make no guarantees. Schedules, performers, prices, and other information may change without notice. TAMILA is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, TAMILA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of the judicial district of Lisbon, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have under EU law.

The Site is an institutional venue website; no goods or services are sold or paid for online. Reservations are requests subject to confirmation by management.
